Run Lighter respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

When you submit a website or Meta lead form, contact us or book a review, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location and the information you provide about your workflow or enquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to assess whether Run Lighter is a suitable fit, respond to your enquiry, arrange a review, provide requested services and maintain a record of our communication. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We may use service providers such as Meta, website hosting, email, website analytics, workflow automation and customer relationship tools to collect or process information for these purposes. We limit access to what is reasonably needed to perform the service.

Website analytics

We use website analytics to understand how visitors use our pages, including page navigation, scrolling, clicks, approximate device and browser information, and session recordings. We use this to improve the site and follow up on requested proposals. Where practical, form fields and other direct-contact details are masked from analytics recordings.

Private proposal analytics

With your permission, private proposal pages use Microsoft Clarity to measure pages viewed, scrolling, clicks, active time, browser and device information, approximate location and session recordings. Microsoft may process this information outside Australia. You can continue without proposal analytics or change your choice using the analytics settings control on the proposal.

A private proposal link may contain a random recipient reference. The reference does not contain a name or email address. If analytics is allowed, it can associate visits using that link with its intended recipient so we can understand proposal engagement and follow up appropriately. It does not prove who used the device because a link can be forwarded or opened on a shared device.

We keep the private reference-to-recipient record only while the proposal is active and normally delete it within 90 days of the sales decision. Microsoft Clarity generally retains session replays for 30 days and click and heatmap data for up to 9 months. Read more in Microsoft's privacy statement.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain it only while it is needed for the enquiry, our business records or a legal obligation, then delete or de-identify it where practical.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you. You can also withdraw from marketing communication at any time. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
